The government can prove the president didn't exceed his authority but they'd have to reveal state secrets to do it? That makes no sort of sense whatsoever.

I will maintain that the GOP has never been about issues but has always been about interests. The Democrats have issues. That's why the GOP can present party unity and the Democrats never can.
