So it seems that not only did they have a briefing paper in August that warned of al-Qaida attacks in early September but it seems that Tenet met with Rice in July and told her to her face that there was credible evidence of a serious threat. Now it doesn't surprise anybody, by now, to find out that the members of this administration will lie about anything but I just want to make sure that we never forget that these bastards have lied to us over and over and over and when they're caught, first they deny it, and then they say that it wasn't exactly reported right, and then they say it wouldn't have mattered anyway and then they say that we have to keep fighting "the war on terror. Shit.
And another thing about Condi: have you ever noticed the implicit racism in the way she used to be praised to high heaven for her intellect? I haven't seen anything to make me think that she's any brighter than normal other than her over-articulation.
